Risk disclaimer
Outputs rely on your entered Greeks and are not live market risk; near expiry and volatility spikes the approximation can distort.
Why portfolio Greeks?
Multi-leg positions can offset or stack risk: net Delta is directional exposure, while net Gamma/Vega/Theta describe curvature, volatility and time exposure.
Pull Greeks from the page or an exchange feed; they change with spot and volatility.
How to use
- One row per leg, with signed quantity for buy/sell.
- Enter that leg's per-unit Delta/Gamma/Vega/Theta.
- Click Calculate for the portfolio net Greeks and net contracts.
Formula
- Leg contribution = quantity × per-unit Greek
- Net Greek = Σ contributions
- Negative Delta favors falling prices; positive Vega favors rising volatility.
Example
Buy 2 calls with Delta 0.60 and sell 1 call with Delta 0.40 → net Delta = 2×0.60 − 1×0.40 = 0.80.
Add 1 put with Delta −0.50 → net Delta drops to 0.30.
