Risk disclaimer
A technical projection only; not a trading signal.
How is the measured move used?
Think of the range as a box: after a breakout above, a common target is upper edge + box height.
The same logic mirrors downward. Technical reference, not a promise.
How to use
- Enter the range high and low (order does not matter).
- Click Calculate for the width and both targets.
Formula
- Height = |high − low|
- Up target = high + height
- Down target = low − height
Example
Range 100–110 → height 10, up target 120, down target 90.
The tool does not forecast breakouts; it only projects levels.
FAQ
Will the target always print?
No. Measured moves matter only after a confirmed breakout and can always fail.
