What does the summary show?

Weighted average = total cost ÷ total quantity; market value minus cost is the floating P&L.

A quick way to summarize a multi-buy position.

How to use

  1. Fill buy prices and quantities per row (up to four).
  2. Enter the current price.
  3. Click Calculate for average, value and floating P&L.

Formula

  • Weighted avg = Σ(price × qty) ÷ total qty
  • Market value = current × total qty
  • Floating P&L = market value − total cost

Example

20,000×1 and 19,000×1 → cost 39,000, avg 19,500; at 21,000 → value 42,000, P&L +3,000.
