Risk disclaimer
Targets are plan values; reaching them depends on the market.
Why set targets in percent?
Targeting “+10%” instead of a fixed amount keeps goals consistent across position sizes and payoff-ratio frameworks.
Exit price = entry × (1 ± target %) — plus for longs, minus for shorts.
How to use
- Choose long or short.
- Enter entry, quantity and the target return (e.g. 10%).
- Click Calculate for the exit price and expected PnL.
Formula
- Long exit = entry × (1 + target %)
- Short exit = entry × (1 − target %)
- Expected PnL = entry × quantity × target %
Example
Long entry 20,000, target 10% → exit 22,000; qty 1 gives PnL 2,000.
Short entry 20,000, target 10% → exit 18,000.
